Returns Policy
At Fishy Bits 3D, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order for any reason, we’re here to help.
1. Returns
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return an item.
To be eligible for a return:
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must also be in the original packaging.
- A Order ID or proof of purchase is required.
Please do not send your purchase back without contacting us first.
2. Non-returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
- Custom or personalised products
- Items made to order
- Gift cards
3. Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We’ll offer a replacement or full refund, depending on the situation.
4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us Here.
5. Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged, defective, or incorrect item).
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
6. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3-5 business days.
